Refund Policy

We highly value the satisfaction of our visitors. This policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund in connection with our event.

2. Conditions for a Refund

A refund is only possible under the following circumstances:

  • The event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government orders, pandemics).

  • A duplicate booking was made by mistake and has been verified.

  • A cancellation is made within the specified withdrawal period (if applicable)

 
3. Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot grant a refund in the following cases:

  • Failure to attend the event due to personal reasons

  • Dissatisfaction with specific program elements

  • Late arrival or no-show by the ticket holder

 
4. Refund Process

If you need to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email or our contact form, providing your booking number and the reason for the refund request.

  2. We will review your request and inform you of the next steps.

  3. After a successful review, the refund will be processed within 12 business days using the original payment method.
