Saturday day program: City tour and brewery (20.09.2025):

Event: Weiden city tour and visit of a local Zoigl brewery

Details: Saturday is all about exploring our local city and traditions. Our Old Tabler Benjamin Zeitler volunteered to guide you through the historical city center of Weiden. During the city tour, you will discover Weiden's historic old town with its charming squares, colorful gabled Renaissance houses, imposing churches, and romantic alleys. In parallel to the tour, we will introduce you to the local Zoigl beer culture by visiting a local brewery. Zoigl culture has a profound impact on the identity of the local population and has experienced a renaissance since the 1970s. It creates a space for encounters, exchange, and integration of newcomers – a perfect event for our weekend. Food and drinks are included. After the tour we will all meet up again for a relaxed lunch snack and drinks.

Saturday evening: Legendary Oxfest (20.09.2025)

Event: The legendary Oxfest

Details: The big celebration will start at 5pm. The location at Schafferhof provides the perfect setting for our traditional Oxfest. As far as possible, we welcome our guest to participate in their most beautiful Tracht (Lederhosen or Dirndl). We will serve the most exquisite pieces of a grilled Ox and serve locally brewed beer from the village. The highlight will by our band “Voice Mas” that will cheer up crowd, only topped by a secret show of the local tables of RT 49. All drinks and food included in the price. We look forward to celebrate with you together.
